Earth Heaven, Mendoza City

Mendoza City was located in Argentine. The east region of Mendoza is one of the most glorious points on the world. Mendoza has many rivers, lakes, tributaries, flows, and fountains that are fit for all water activities such as sportfishing (trout and salmon are the most wanted specimens), trekking, canoeing, rafting, or just finding comfort in one of the many hot fountains can be found there. One of the most stunning areas is Maipú. This area is part of what is known as Grand Mendoza.

One of the spotlights of Maipu is the product of wines. In fact, Maipú is the most important wine area in the country. Its climate is especially suitable for implanting vineyards, a constituent that the original European immigrants who established in the area pretty soon saw. Wine output has grown the key activity not only in the area but in the province. Maipú is a pleasing point to see, and get familiar with the engaging process of production of fine wines.

One point that no visitant should miss is the Museum of Wine at the Bodega La Rural. At That Place you can see the old methods of producing artisan wines and appreciate the appliances and utensils used in the process. Some of the machinery seen in that location dates from 1895, when the winery was launched.

As the wineries were settling, the rich families built residences, numerous of which still stay on, instituting remarkable spots to visit. In general, the wine tour includes the tasting of fine wines. For this reason those who like epicurean food and fine wines will find that holidays in Mendoza can turn into the perfect choice. This can be absolutely complemented by staying in a hotel that supplies the best wines of the country, followed with the finest Mendoza gourmet food: the Diplomatic Hotel, in Mendoza City.
